Nusantara Card Semesta

When you submit goods or document to be sent or shipped by NCS, you shall be considered to have

accepted and agreed with me terms and conditions which become NCS Standard.

Terms & Conditions of carriage ( hereinafter shakk be refered TCC )

1.  Nusantara Card Semesta ( NCS )

     What is refered to as NCS is all NCS agents which have been appointed and posted at the location

     which have been determined based on NCS Agency agreement

2.  Procedures of Shipment.

• NCS is not a public transportation company and will only transport goods or documents according

          to this TCC .  NCS is entitled to reject certain goods or document from an individual , and or

          company according to NCS's policy

• NCS entitled to ship goods or documents owned by the shipper through the route and procedure

          by using a transportation company and by means to suitable and proper handling, warehousing ,

          and transportation under acknowledgement by NCS

• NCS is not responsible off any damages or loss to the goods or documents which is caused by

          poor packaging by the shipper

• The shipper is responsible to state the consignee's complete address in order to reach the consignee

• NCS is not responsible for any delay, loss  , damage , and expenses incurred as a result of

          the shipper's negligency and faults

• NCS has the right to inspect the document or goods being shipped by the shipper

          to ensure that the goods or the documents compliance

• NCS does not accept Dangerous Goods and restricted goods  which are imflammable or explosive,

          forbidden drugs , gold and silver , coin, ash ,  cyanide , platinum and valuable stone or metal and

          stamps , stolen golds , cheque , money order or traveller cheque , letter , antiquee goods,

          antiquee painting , animal or living plants.

3.  Rate

     The Tariff determined by NCS , including the local airport tax , but not including the value added tax,

     Import Duty , Import retribution or Deposit with regard to the shipment.

4.  Compensations

• NCS shall only be responsible goods or documents are still under control of NCS

• NCS shall not be responsible for damage or loss caused by any natural disaster or Force Majeure

          (Act of God)

• NCS's lianility of compensation for goods or document loss or damage maximum at US$100 per

          Shipment for international destination and 10 times of the shipping tariff per shipment for 

          Indonesia Domestic Destination.

5.  Claim Procedure

    Any claim from the shipper with regard to NCS's obligations and responsibility shall be submitted

    by shipper in writting and has been received at the NCS office at the latest 14 days after the date

   when the goods or document ought to have been received at the point of destination.
