How much advance notice is required for pick up?
When you request pickup you will be asked to enter a shipment ready time and a pickup time. These times must be at least one hour apart . Also you cannot enter a shipment ready time that has already passed.
 
What is the maximum number of packages NCS will pick up?
There is no limit on the number of package NCS will pickup
Does NCS guarantee its pick up services?
NCS doesn't guarantee its pickup services.
 
Can I check the status of my pick up?
Yes, when you schedule a pickup, you will receive a Pickup Request Number called ReffNo. You can use this number to track the status of your pickup.

What is Track & Trace option?
When will my package arrive?
Can I reroute my package to a different location before the first delivery attempt?
What does Returned mean when checking the status of my package?
 
 
What is Track & Trace option?
Track & Trace are used by Customer to identify and trace every package as it moves through the NCS system to its destination. NCS automatically assigns a tracking number to your package.
When will my package arrive?
In the NCS, your package cannot be scheduled to arrive at spesific time of day. NCS packages are delivered anytime between 08.00 a.m to 07.00 p.m
Can I reroute my package to a different location before the first delivery attempt?
NCS doesn't reroute packages until one delivery attempt is made to the original shipping address.
 
What does Returned mean when checking the status of my package?
"Return" in the Status field on Track & Trace Summary means that the packages was returned to the original shipper. Possible reasons for return below:
  * Package being refused by the intended receiver
  * Physical address not abble to found by NCS
